No one does ayurvedic health like Deepak Chopra so when I came across these multivitamins for Womens Vitality I ordered them. I admit to not being very good at taking tons of pills each day in fact if I remember to take one I feel ahead of the game. Large packets of vitamins won't be swallowed but this formula allows me to just take two a day.
