I have just ordered this coffee so I confess not to have tried it yet. The reviews I've read are all wonderful and it was fun to read about the process of Peruvian coffee - from plantation to my house. How very free trade is that?

Their description: A gourmet coffee harvested to ensure biodiversity and harmony with nature, our Cafe Britt Pachamama deserves its namesake, the Quechua word for 'Mother Earth'. Originating from plantations of the Quillabamba region in Peru, this coffee grows beneath the soft shade of native-species trees and is nourished by the region's own natural nutrients. This growing method preserves native flora and fauna, ensuring pure supplies of water and fertile soils for future generations of small-scale farmers. Cafe Britt Pachamama is certified organic by international organizations.
